Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the payment.

The studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such instances, clients will be provided with an alternative date or given a full refund.

Any delay in arrival may result in a shortened session, as the session duration will be based on the original booking time.

Our photography studio and equipment may only be used for lawful purposes.

Client is responsible for any damage caused to the studio, communal facilities or equipment during the session and the cost of repair or replacement may exceed the amount of the security deposit.

Prohibited Behavior: Harassment, discrimination, abuse (verbal or physical), disruptive activities, smoking, vaping, drinking alcohol or any disturbances to the peaceful environment are strictly prohibited. Noncompliant behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises, cancellation of memberships/services without refund, and potential legal action.

Clients are responsible for their own safety and the safety of any accompanying individuals, including minors.

The client assumes full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to their personal property while on the studio premises.
